Whipped Policies
All baked goods are made-to-order; therefore, same day orders cannot be accommodated.
Minimum order of one dozen per flavor
Upon ordering, your date of event will be temporarily held for SEVEN days. After seven days, full payment is required to permanently secure the date. If payment is not made, the order cannot be fulfilled; therefore, the date will become available for other customers.
Payment is required to secure the date of your event.
Whipped kindly requests that payment be made at least 14 days before the event for larger orders (3 dozen or more) and at least 2 days before for smaller orders. This ensures there is ample time to craft a product that will delight you.
Delivery & Set Up: base delivery and set up fee within a 25-mile radius of Whipped is $25.00. For deliveries exceeding 25 miles, an additional charge of $0.50 per mile will apply.
If a cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased, individuals will be responsible for covering the total cost of those materials. If a cancellation happens before materials are purchased, a full refund can be provided.
Exclusion of Liability: Once the products are delivered and accepted by the customer or their representative, Whipped shall not be liable for any loss, damage, deterioration, or other issues arising from the products, including but not limited to:
Storage conditions after delivery.
Mishandling or improper transportation.
Any use or consumption of the products.
Customer Obligations: The customer or their representative is responsible for properly storing, handling, and using the products in accordance with any instructions provided by Whipped.
